Michelle Spadafora

“There’s just not a lot of people like Ms. Michelle. She lives with so much purpose. She knows what it means to be healthy in all areas of her life and has devoted her life to helping others improve in their physical and spiritual health. She’s a master in the kitchen and has already changed thousands of lives with her cooking and fitness knowledge, so don’t worry, she can help you too. Michelle is the founder and president of Faithful Workouts, a fitness ministry with the mission of helping people get physically and spiritually stronger. She has been married to her husband, Jeff, since 1991 and they have 3 children Denika, Neal and Quinn. When Michelle has free time she loves to hike and travel. She also loves her pets! Her big, dog Mojo has been known to make appearance in several of her workout videos.  

Avery Ross

“I’ll be honest, I never thought I would be doing a cooking show with my son-in-law, but I could not be more excited to share this with him. Avery’s kind heart and years of professional cooking experience made him a perfect fit for the show. He makes cooking look so easy but even more appealing is his love for people. When we started putting together our initial plans for the program it warmed my heart when he told me, "I want people to walk away from the show feeling loved and full of joy." If I can trust him to marry my daughter, you can trust him to help you take your cooking to the next level.” (Michelle)

Avery is a preacher's kid from Dahlonega, Georgia. He cooked professionally while going to college and has split his time between traveling, getting involved in the business world, serving high school students at a summer camp in North Carolina and, of course, cooking for The Fresh Table. He is engaged to the beautiful Denika Spadafora and after their wedding in September, they plan to travel to South America and keep the adventure going!
